Among other things, summer is the best season – a time of flowering, a time of great happiness. They may have fond memories in winter, spring or even fall, but summer must be the most desired season of all! In summer, the weather is usually warm or hot, and everyone escapes to the beaches, playing outdoors, sailing and spending summers in childhood with their grandparents.
Like the usual memories of school holidays, schools or day-care centers encourage our loved ones, especially the little ones, to be safe and healthy and to be under the heat of the sun lotions all the time.
Stay hydrated by drinking water regularly:
Toddlers in day care centers need to drink plenty of water throughout the day to maintain hydration. Wherever children are, water bottles must always be at hand. Eight glasses of water or more are indeed very helpful, especially if your little ones are always outdoors. The body of adolescents tends to reduce a considerable amount of fluid through sweating. In many family daycare centers, drinking fountains are available for health and safety purposes.
- Wear sunscreen. A few strong sunburns could increase the risk of skin diseases or cancer in the future. Young children are not yet equipped to be on the beach, and the pool has too much sunlight. Your skin should always be protected from the strong UV rays of the sun when it is outdoors. Use a sunscreen lotion with at least 15 sun protection factor against the harmful effects of UV rays. Be sure to cover the nose, ears, lip area, and upper part of the feet when using sunscreen.
- Wear a hat for protection. Hats that protect or cover the ears in the neck are easy to use but offer perfect protection. Normal caps are most popular with young children, but never protect the neck and ears. If your child removes the regular caps, be sure to apply sunscreen to the uncovered portion for protection.
- Wear long-sleeved clothing for protection. Long-sleeved shirts and pants ensure adequate protection against ultraviolet rays whenever they are available. Tight-stitched shirts or dresses give you the perfect protection. A wet shirt offers less UV protection than a dry shirt. With deeper and darker tones you get better protection than with a light shirt.
Most wounds such as bruises, scratches or abrasions are removed from the recreation or playground area by a simple accident. If only children follow the usual safety rules, e.g. For example, if no bumping, running too fast, kicking or pushing, most of these wounds could be avoided. Parental guidance can definitely help prevent injuries by ensuring that children use the playground materials safely and are not engaged in unsafe activities in the area. In case of injury, parents can help children with safety and quickly provide the necessary first aid.
Children have to be guided by the parents in the playground. Toddlers in daycare can’t pinpoint distances and certainly can’t anticipate dangerous situations alone. Older kids want to experiment with their boundaries in the playground, so it’s always important for parents to stay with them to keep them under control. Registration for the swimming course:
As in the usual summer hour, it is a decision to enroll your child in kindergarten for a swimming class that will make you grateful for a lifetime. It is a life skill that is intended for children and that can be professionally developed as they get older. To make swimming fun and fun, children should be trained in the basic safe swimming practices that are designed to protect a child’s life throughout the swim. As a rule of thumb, you must always take care of children.
Being a good swimmer does not mean that you are as good as the fish that swim in the water. Safety is therefore paramount when you ask that you not dive in shallow areas. Follow the instructions and stay in the shallow part of the pool. Do not use the pool in bad weather to avoid lightning strikes.
